If you would like to add an event to the community calendar, please email to events@bgusa.org the following information:

• Event Title*
• Start Date and Time*
• End Date and Time or Duration of the Event
• Short Description*
• Detail Description (e.g. agenda, schedule, performing artists etc)
• Location* (make sure the address can be found on Google Maps)
• Event Type* (concert/picnic/celebration or suggest a new type)

* - denotes mandatory information
